Entry #6: Once a Cheater always a Cheater?

Entry #6: Once a Cheater always a Cheater? Love is always great; cynical or not, the idea is universal and ranges on a large spectrum. In the greek language, love has 7 different meanings that pertains to a specific feeling. This blog is about the love one has for a significant other, and the issue infidelity causes to change the feeling entirely. When being betrayed or betraying, can change occur or does the old saying stick true: "Once a cheater always a cheater?".  For better understanding of this context, what exactly counts as cheating? Some would say having a whole other secret relationship, while others think liking a certain photo of another person counts as being unfaithful. Biblically, a single inappropriate thought counts as being unfaithful, so what can we go based off of to protect the values and commitment of a relationship?  By definition a cheater is: " a person who acts dishonestly in order to gain an advantage.", this appl...

Entry #5: Cleaning Lady Commercial

Entry #5: Cleaning Lady Commercial (Cleaning Lady Commercial: AllState Mayhem) A ll things aside, the look the man gives before falling backwards on the stairs, is gold. I chose the Cleaning Lady commercial, because of how goofy this commercial is. The way he knocks over the vase sarcastically and eats the piece of bread. So clearly he is a house keeper who isn't doing his job, but this isn't the point. As he climbs the stairs; he falls, which means because he was hurt whilst working, he needs to be compensated. This commercial reminds home owners that although you can have hired help for cleaning, it is still a job that requires securities. Any injuries or accidents that happen while on the job, must be compensated and handled by the employer. That being said, the "maid" asks are you covered by your insurance incase this happens?  T his is directed to home owners, but by seeing the home style and lack of certain things, I'm assuming this ad is ...

Entry #4: Video Games, The Root of Evil?

Video Games, The Root of Evil? (controllers used to play on console) I t is safe to say the video game industry, dominates this generations use of technology. For some background, according to a quick google search, America has spent an average of 36 billion dollars on video games last year. Now as crazy as that sou nds, in recent media and news, it is believed that video games have raised the crimes of violence in our youth.  (video game rating chart) B efore we look at the numbers and critic reviews of this fun hobby, let's review a chart that actually lists which games will contain violence. The four top letters: "EC, E, E+10, and T"; are acronyms that have right above their lettering, their intended audience. E, is recognizable as being know for "everyone". E can be enjoyed...well by everyone, as it is simple in complexity and has little to no violence (lack of blood or gore, cursing, realistic deadly weapons, nudity), for example; Mario...

Entry #3: Bad Breath?

Entry #3: Bad Breath? W hat   do you do when you've had a little too much onion on a date? Forget to brush your teeth? Need something to calm your roaring stomach in a place with no food? What is the solution?   These treats are commonly found in restaurants, usually on top of the check when finished with a meal. Possibly most favorable in my opinion, rather small in comparison with a tootsie roll. A thin plastic rapper crinkles under the slightest touch, the seal nothing too complicated. If you have strong fingers it's easy to pry open from the top making a *snap*, or teeth will work. It feels as if it's a gum-ball at first, but its soft complexion of red swirls blended in white says otherwise.  The first taste isn't a surprise as it looks and tastes like any other of its kind, however the first chew, is a whole new ball game. It easily scatters in your mouth, disbursing a familiar icy sting in every corner. Not like a gum or fruit gusher, but pebbles...
